Cancellations Life happens, schedules change. Need to Cancel and Re-Schedule your Appointment? Advanced notice by phone is greatly appreciated (12 hours is plenty). Same-Day Cancellations may incur a fee equal to the discounted hourly rate.
Late Arrivals Running Late? Call or Text in a safe manner. Your appointment start time will be bumped forward whenever possible to acomomdate both our schedules. Be aware your massage may be shortened (relative to lateness) and billed at the Standard Rate. RE-scheduling is always an option.
No-Shows Forgot your appointment? It can happen..., let's not make it a habit. A No-Show Fee equal to my discounted rate may be imposed.
